Is it ready to wear?

Our guests often wear the clothing they receive right out the door! This means it’s important to inspect your items carefully, as we don’t have the ability to clean or repair clothing.

Is it in season?

We distribute items that are weather-appropriate and we do not have storage space for out-of-season items.

Clothing with holes, rips, broken zippers, stains, missing buttons or pet hair

Unwashed underwear

Opened and used hygiene products and make-up

Hotel/Travel size hygiene products as we use full size bottles for our guests

Medication and supplements

Children’s clothing. toys, and stuffed animals

Canned food (We provide a daily prepared meal) Canned food can be donated to the

foodbank

Seasonal decorations such as Halloween costumes
